We stand behind everything we make. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, send it back within 30 daysof delivery and we’ll give you your money back. No interrogation and no runaround.

How It Works

  1. Reach out. Email us at info@graveyardapparel.com or use our Contact page. Include your order number and let us know if you want a refund or an exchange. You don’t need a long explanation.
  2. Get your return details. We’ll reply with return instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Send it back. Pack the item up and ship it to the address we provide.
  4. Get your money back. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You’ll get an email when it’s processed. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to show up.

What Qualifies

  • Items in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
  • Returns started within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items bought on sale are covered too.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Let us know and we’ll swap it for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your size is sold out, we’ll refund you instead.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order shows up damaged, flawed, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. We’ll cover the return shipping on these.

Return Shipping

For returns due to fit or change of mind, the customer covers return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What We Can’t Take Back

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom orders, since they’re made specifically for you. If something is wrong with a custom order, contact us and we’ll fix it.

Shipping Reminder

Orders over $50 ship free. If you return part of an order and your total drops below $50, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
